In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Commercial Electronics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

Thank you for shopping with Commercial Electronics. Please review our policy regarding the return of products or services. Some jurisdictions have different consumer protection laws in which case we will do our best to comply with the applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Exchanges and Returns:
We will gladly:
(a) exchange a product that is not special ordered for a new product of equal value
(b) exchange a product if it is defective or damaged for the same product
within 15 days after the product has been delivered to you, otherwise warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
For an exchange, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will acknowledge receipt of your email by reply and assist you in returning the product as identified below. Make sure to have your return package post marked within the 15 days after the product has been delivered to you.
Headphones may not be returned for any reason, in the case of defective products we will exchange them for the same model within 15 days, otherwise warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
Items that have been opened may not be returned.
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as that in which it was delivered (including unopened original packaging).
Some exceptions can be made but will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
